COVID-19 is having an impact on all our lives in one form or another. Lockdowns, isolation from friends and family and the fear and uncertainty that is presented to us on a daily basis can be quite confronting, and may be compounding some other issues in your life as well.
If you are finding it difficult to cope, you may find some of the following resources and links to help useful. If you need to talk to someone, there is help available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
